Delivery

For physical products, shipping details will be provided prior to purchase. Unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped within two weeks of receipt of payment.

Returns

All physical products are created to order and customized for the client or project, and as such, returns are not allowed.

Marketing Retainer

If a client wishes to cancel a retainer with Unnamed Media before the end of their term, pricing will revert to our standard project rate for any services provided in the time before cancellation. The client will be required to pay the difference between the project rates and the total paid through our retainer, which will be due within 30 calendar days of cancellation.

Refunds

The Company may choose to offer refunds at its sole discretion when we feel that our work isn't up to our standards. The decision to issue a refund on this basis will be soley up to the Company.

The Company will not issue refunds for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to, event/wedding cancellations, business closures, event/wedding date changes, "buyers remorse", budget changes, or any other reason not specifically listed in your contract, except where required by law.

Payment Data is stored by PayPal or Stripe, depending on how you choose to make your payment. We will not collect or store any personal payment data when you check out using Stripe or PayPal.
